Delivery Options

At The Flooring Masters, we offer 3 main shipping services or options:

Standard Delivery = 3-5 working days. Free delivery is available on orders over £999 (including VAT)

Next Day Delivery* = If preferred by any of our customers, any orders placed before 12pm could be scheduled for delivery on the next working day, with an applicable surcharge. And, any orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the first working day of the following week for delivery the following working day, with an applicable surcharge.

*Our delivery partners, do not offer next day delivery to Cornwall and Devon. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to these areas.

Chossen Day Delivery: This facility is only available for specific areas. If this service is required, you may avail this service at a surcharge by contacting our team at info@theflooringmasters.co.uk.

When We Deliver

Our deliveries are made Monday – Friday, between 8am and 6pm, so we strongly recommend that you’re present at the delivery address between these hours on the day. 

Specific estimates for the time of delivery on any delivery date cannot be given.

If a delivery fails due to no one being present at the address, then you may be liable for any redelivery costs incurred. 

Where We Deliver

The Flooring Masters deliver to any household or business in the UK, however, some rural and non-mainland UK post codes may incur additional charges. Our team will let you know for the same.

All of our pallet orders are delivered to the kerbside, which means that the driver will get the pallet as close as possible to the property.

You must arrange for the transport of the Product from the kerb-side once it has been unloaded from the delivery lorry.

If access to your address involves any narrows roads, streets or tracks, please let us know so we can send the appropriate vehicle.

Unable to Meet Estimated Delivery Date

We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Details When You Place Your Order

When you place your Order you must inform us if you have any doubt whether our delivery lorry will be able to access the place of delivery you stipulate in that Order due to, for example, size or weight restrictions. If we cannot access the place of delivery that you stipulate in your Order due to the size of our delivery lorry, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of.

Accepting Delivery

We cannot leave Products at places of delivery stipulated in your Order if you, or someone you have authorised to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery.

On delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for the correct quantities and any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. If the Product does have an obvious fault, defect or damage on delivery, you must stipulate that the Product is faulty, defective or damaged when you sign for delivery; a failure to stipulate this will mean that we cannot replace the faulty, defective or damaged Product. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it. You must submit any claim to us for faulty, defective or damaged Products within same day of delivery of the Product to you in accordance with this clause to the following contact details provided below so that appropriate action could be taken at the earliest.
